The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association invites you to our Evangelism Conference in Tasmania. Together with local church partners from Hobart and Launceston we will welcome speakers from around Australia to inspire, equip and engage Christians in reaching their community with the good news of Jesus Christ.

From keynote speakers to smaller breakout sessions, the conference will address topics such as:

  • What is the heart of God for making disciples?
  • What is the cultural climate for evangelism in Australia?
  • What are proven strategies for believers to engage the community with the Gospel?

Martyn Iles – Launceston
Martyn Iles is Managing Director of the Australian Christian Lobby, a political movement of more than 200,000 people. Martyn is an advocate for truth in the public square and his greatest zeal is for the gospel of Jesus Christ and the scriptures which declare it.

Dr Malcolm Gill – Hobart & Launceston
Dr. Malcolm Gill currently serves as an Associate Minister at St Andrew’s Cathedral in the heart of Sydney. Prior to this he spent 15 years in theological education teaching at Sydney Missionary & Bible College and Dallas Theological Seminary (USA). He enjoys watching sport, trips to the beach, and eating mangos.

Ashley Fell – Launceston
Ashley is an expert communicator with a keen understanding of the emerging generations. She is passionate about helping organisations not only understand but engage with the first truly global generation. As the Director of Advisory at McCrindle Research, she is passionate about equipping organisations to navigate the complex terrain of the 21st century.

Rev. Dr. Dale Stephenson – Launceston
Dale has overseen the expansive growth of Crossway since January 2008 as the Senior Pastor. Known as a leader of influence, Dale is committed to seeing Australian Christians empowered with simple and replicable means of empowering ‘Disciples that Multiply’. He is a gifted preacher and teacher of God’s word.

Mark McCrindle – Hobart
Mark is the founder of McCrindle Research and social analyst with an international following. His passions lie in tracking emerging issues, researching social trends and analysing customer segments. Mark is an advisor to executive boards and committees across Australia. As a sought-after demographer, futurist and social commentator, he’s delivered over 100 keynotes in the last year.

Alun Davies – Hobart
Alun Davies has held multiple Executive Positions with the Australian Christian Churches including State President and the National Vice President. He is the founder and President of Harvest Bible College.
